James Rendell

James is the founder of Clever-HR, an ambitious forward-thinking consultancy that provide employment solutions to a mixture of firms nationwide.

With nearly 10 years’ recruitment experience, James thrives on building relationships with clients who are looking to attract new personnel. He works with business owners and hiring managers from a range of sectors.

James’ is a keen sportsman, who has been involved in cricket since a young age. Having represented England Schools and Gloucestershire CCC Second X1, he believes many skills cross over into the world of recruitment, such as self-motivation, a tenacity to succeed, team work and determination.

Sam Kotadia

Sam has a track record in developing high-performing cultures through his academic background in Performance Psychology. Sam has been translated into over 8 languages world-wide and has experience in working with world-class CEOs and professional athletes.
Sam integrates his performance management principles into the service Clever provides to ensure both the candidate and the client get an unrivalled service. Through understanding the importance of cultural fit, supporting candidates prepare for their upcoming interviews, and supporting a positive transition into their new job; Clever draws on Sam’s expertise in a very practical way.
